brazilian food
I have been eating so much Brazilian food lately and everything I have tried has been amazing! While growing up I didn’t get to eat any food from my home country except once I went to a festival with my father when I was about ten years old. I tried some of the food and was not impressed, but to my defense I didn’t know what good food was at that age. In the past few months I have had rice, beans, sausage, some kind of pocket of meat, cheese bread, polenta, some of the best meats / steaks in the world and many many caipirinhas (the official drink of Brasil) made with a sugar cane rum called cachaca.
Food is a huge passion of mine since I about eighteen. When in college I started cooking for myself and realizing what my pallet craves.
